Blaaagh! I'm an idiot!

I've been sitting here all stressed out waiting for the Unemployment judge to call, and I only now saw that the hearing is TOMROROW! I thought that the 24th was Monday for some reason.

Great, another 24 hours to stress about this....

Try not to stress too much. Better to have been ready a day early than a day late.

Good to hear that your hamster is doing better too. BTW, why the name 'Bistro?'

Zen Hugs.

"bistro" is the Russian word for "quick", and he is a Russian dwarf hamster.

Makes sense. Is there a lot of difference between different sub-species of hamsters? *picturing a hamster with a pronounced fondness of vodka*

Syrian or Golden ones are the standard ones you see in pet stores. They grow to be slightly smaller than my fist, and are solitary except for mating time. Dwarf hamsters (of which there are several varieties) are about the size of a mouse and can be kept in small groups.
