wah

have cold. came on late last night so slept badly. feel mostly okay, except for RAGING post-nasal sore throat. sudafed has slowed the drips, but naproxen AND throat spray have barely made a dent. hurts to swallow, talk, or breathe.

i'm a receptionist - no talk=no work. poo. at least i have a plethora of PTO days.

somewhat better - feel "sick"-er, but throat is better - looks like I can go to work tomorrow. Actually yay for that - I have lots to do, and I was incredibly bored today. THere is NOTHING on TV during the day, and I didn't have the concentration to watch a video.

I become extremely anti-social when I am sick. I don't want calls, or visits, or soup. I want to go to sleep until it is over. LJ hugs are good, because they can sit "out there" until I go get them.

Poor Rob called today and I had to tell him to go away because talking hurt. oh well.

Have quit Netflix (for now). No time to watch the movies I have, and with Rob's collection I don't need to. Now I just need to watch Johnny English, Underworld, and Metropolis (anime version) before Monday.
