yay for drugs

Well, after staying in bed all day yesterday did nothing, I saw my doctor's associate this morning. Confirmed diagnosis of "acute bronchitis", and gave me a course of Prednisone. Popped my handful of pills before noon, and it already hurts less to breathe. I also got a note confirming that I'm really sick. My job is new enough that I worry about these things. Doc wants me to stay home tomorrow too, but I think if the meds workas they havein the past, I can go in as long as I don't try to haul file boxes or stuff like that.

Looking forward to being reasonably healthy again. My apartment is a sty, and now that I'm actually spending time in it, it's beginning to bug even me! Must do laundry, take out trash, do dishes, bake for freezer, and donate a bunch of clothes.

Back to the sofa for me...
