Bistro is walking normally now!
His right hind foot turns out a little more than it did before, but I picked him up and he headed stright up to my shoulder for yet another game of Hamster-Catch. I put his food bowl back (I had been putting food on the floor so he didn't have to climb) and he promptly climbed right it and started munching. I was even able to finish timming his front toenails.
The only lingering effect is that he seems to have a bit of trouble grooming that side - his fur is a little more matted behind that ear. But nothing that can't be overcome with lots of mommy-skritches and the occasional tissue-scrubbing.
I am SO relieved!
