This coming weekend - Tall Ships gigs
Next weekend - Bristol wedding gig Sat pack Sun
Following - Bristol vow renewal gig Sat initial new apt setup (campout) Sun
Middle of that week - Move on Tuesday and wait for utilities Wed AM.
Following that - Dentist (fillings) and final cleaning old apt Sat and rehearsal and possibly more cleaning Sun
And then - Amana Colonies RenFaire gig
After that - Saturday mammogram Sunday rehearsal

Then I think I have a couple of free-ish weekends (with Sunday rehearsals) before

1st weekend Oct - possible 1-day gig
2nd weekend Oct - Stronghold Olde English Faire
Then a weekend or two off and then 2 weekends of Cotswolds Faire - unless somethign better comes along. (The music director knows he can't pay much, so he outright tells you that if you get a better offer - take it)

Then maybe a free-ish weekend and then Windycon.
Then I'm going to bed!

Why some of your meds say "Do not take with grapefruit juice"

I have that warning on my statins (for cholesterol), and other than "it's bad" never knew why.

I'm OK

Just saw on the news that there was a power outage at Sheridan & Thorndale about 2 blocks from me. Two Senior high-rise buildings are blacked out but there are a bunch of cooling busses there for the residents and lots of emergency personnel on the scene.

My power is just fine - it greyed out a little bit but no real problems. It's back down to 85 inside from a high of 87, and I will again be sleeping under the AC unit. (It's only a little warmer outside, but MUCh more humid, and also a pollution alert today so I have to stay in the AC.

just heard an ambulance siren - I hope those seniors are ok.
