Well I didn't die!

I put in 2 hours at the I-Go booth at the Custer Street Fair, and then met jcw_da_dmg and jfc013 for lunch. It's the hottest day since last August - 90 at least - though in the shade the breeze made it fairly bearable. Then I spent about an hour wandering through the booths before going back for another 2-hr shift at the booth. I had a brief asthma flare-up when the nearby incense booth fired up, but responded well to my rescue inhaler.

Not bad for pretty much my first non-faire outing of the year, and my first real test of the new daily asthma medication. I was very glad to head home for a gatorade and a cool shower, but other than a slight headache I feel pretty good.

Loot from the fest included a deep blue short Indian-import dress, a pair of silver drop earrings with dichroic glass beads, and a black wooden rose to add to my collection. I also got a $1 fabric remnant with the intent of making a new floor for the bunny-condo.

So, not a bad day all in all.
