Zombies have taken over Columbia House

I just sent the following e-mail:

Dear Customer Service Department,

Apparently the Zombies have taken over your order confirmation department.

I recently ordered a Zombie Outbreak Survival Kit (item #046975) from your fine organization. It seemed a useful item and one that no home should be without.

I was delighted on July 18th when I received an e-mail confirmation that my order had shipped on 7/17 and was on it's way to my secret hideout apartment.

I also received a confirmation e-mail on 7/19. and 7/20.....and virtually every day since then.

While it is possible that this is simply a case of an overzealous summer intern in the warehouse, I suspect that the cause may be more sinister.

Please check with your order department about this issue. You may want to bring a chainsaw.
