I can has mortgage?

I received a preapproval from Wa Mu for pretty much what I expected to get. I have a call in to the City to verify the amount of city assistance I'm eligible for. My banker thinks it's 20K, but it could be 30k depending on the area. Now that I have assembled all the necessary paperwork, I'll do a bit of shopping around to see if I can get a better deal.

So it looks like I'm on-target for a 1br anywhere reasonable in Rogers Pk/Edgewater (or even a 2br if I get lucky) or a 2br in the Ridge-Western-Peterson-Devon area.

So now I need to actually find an agent and start looking at actual units.

Anyone have a buyers agent they recommend?
