I have a good feeling about this

I've met my real estate agent. He's the one that Aaron used to unload his condo in a declining market, and still managed to turn him a profit. He's amenable to short sales and/or foreclosures, actually listened to me, and amusingly enough he recommended a unit to me that I was already looking it! He started describing it, and I said "hang on a bit...*shuffles papers*...you mean THIS one?" So at least he has a good sense for what I'm looking for. He also picked my brains about the various city programs I have researched, so he can recommend them to his other clients.
