Feeling much better today. I'm sore but workout-sore, not injury-sore.
With hindsight, if I'd been able to take Tuesday afternoon off when things first started hurting really badly, I might have been better in the long run. But I was told to keep going and that strained all the OTHER muscles, which fought back yesterday.
I need sleep, badly. I've not had more than 2 hours at a stretch since monday. Do NOT want to rehearse tonight but no real choice - gig in 2 weeks.
