Anyone for a Rabbit Roundup?
May. 12th, 2011 04:41 pmI have friends in Schererville Indiana who have been seeing a rabbit running loose around their apartment building. Some people have been able to get pretty close to her with bribes of fruit but no one has been able to catch her.
So I'm organizing a "Rabbit Roundup" on Sunday evening (starting an hour or so before sunset) - I'm coming down on the South Shore Train with some pens and panels and if we can get everyone together we should be able to get her cornered.
She seems to have a breeders tattoo in her left ear, and the local ACC can scan her for microchips. If they can't reunite her with her owner, then the folks at Red Door Shelter will take her in. All we have to do it CATCH her.
