Wow I'm tired. Not in a bad 'I'm still sick' way, but in a 'I worked out' way. I did a LOT of walking today, and I hope it will help getting my stamina back.

Starbucks was giving out free Holiday drinks. I had a peppermint mocha. I feel kind of Christmas-y now. And I burp minty.

I cannot find Garnier 100% #694 anywhere. I went to like 4 Walgreens, 2 Oscos and a CVS. Sigh. Hopefully Nutrisse #54 "Medium Copper Brown" will be okay. I did, however, locate (but did not buy) French Toast PopTarts. So I know I can get them later.

Wow, that's a BIIIG plate of spaghetti. I know I'm hungry, but....

Made the "prisoner exchange' with one of Rob's roomates. Michelle met me at the station with the bag. I gave her a mini-loaf of maple oatmeal bread as thanks. It also gave me a chance to pass on a sympathy card. Dave West's brother died the other day, of an apparently long-standing heart condition. I don't have his current address, but I know Michelle sometimes games with him, so I gave the card to her.

I have these big eye crayons, which are a pain to sharpen, as they get all smooshy. But they are MUCH easier if you leave them in the fridge overnight first. I feel so clever for having thought of this.

Bistro goes to visit Aaron tomorrow. He (Aaron) will be looking after him (Bistro) until I get back from training. Hammies are pretty self-sufficient, but for more than a week, it's best to have someone check him. He can hide extra food all he wants, but if he knocks down is water bottle and it leaks out or something, he could be in trouble after a few days, so Aaron has instructions to look every day or so and go "yep - there's water" and once a week dump and refill the water and food. I feel like a mom sending her kid to summer camp for the first time.

Wow - maybe that wasn't too much spaghetti after all...
