It certainly was the year I ran it. We (Moebius at the time) actually produced the Phineas Tyler B track. Eash panel was a character-improv. We had the "Bad Writer's Workshop". "Millenium Jeopardy" (I'll take 'black helicopters' for $200, Alex), a "How to take over the World" panel starring a brain in a jar, The Brain, Ming the Merciless, the Doctor, and some guy named bill. 10 panels total - it was hilarious.
