medical update

wendyzskiwell, I think I'm getting better
The amount of glop I cough up every morning is now in the teaspoon range, as opposed to the several-tablespoons-worth it was on Friday.
I slept 16 hours on Friday, 18 hours on saturday, and 12 hours today. My sinuses are much better, and I think my lungs may finally be drying out. I don't think I ever really ran a fever - only shivered a lot and had very strange dreams. The horrible sucking fatigue is fading as well, though lying quietly is still my favored occupation. A quiet yay for PBS being vaguely interesting to stare at, and for Simon R Green for producing pleasantly snarky yet lightweight reading material. "You could tell where she had been, usually because it was on fire"...
An early bed tonight and I shoudl be able to go to work tomorrow - assuming that I still have a job after missing 1.5 days of my first 2 weeks out sick. Boss knows I was really sick, as I think I infected him. Plus I sent a copy of the message to my doc in so they know it was for reals.
