wendyzskidrawing is out-of-scale but the measurements are within a few inches
The things I asked to be done have been done and pretty well. I found a few more things that need to be addressed (one cracked upper window pane, a radiator-knob still sitting on the counter in a small bag, etc) Plus, as I said, it's really 2W. sigh - now I have to change all my paperwork.
