The bottom of the page is north, so I should have lots of light but no direct sun. AND there are ceiling fans in the br and main rooms - something I have missed terribly in my current place.
The farthest left living room window faces the wall of the building next door at a distance of about 2 feet. I opened the blinds and found 2 pigeon nests and a whole-lotta bird crap! Guess the previous tenants just never opened that blind. I rather hastily called the rental agent on my cellphone and babbled "ew ew ew ew" at her voicemail. I hope I was understandable.
It was nice to know that my initial ideas for what furniture to get rid of and what in general will fit where were mostly sound.
