Well, I've only read the first 4 chapters but I've learned stuff already. There is some really good info on shirts and hats, based on the items found on the Mary Rose. The men's info is great - the women's less so. Mostly because the authors admit that a lot of the info on undergarments is conjecture. But I found their take on the petticoat bodies thing rather interesting. Not sure how much I'll actually try and make for myself from there - it's all nicely modest, which would hurt our tips - but some of the niftier hat and coif patterns look like fun - I did a lot of "OH - so THAT's how that works" in that section.
