I've gotten a confirmation that we are indeed pictured in an ad on the back page. Just need to find out which show it is for to find out if there is a problem.
A couple of the larger corporate shows reserve a longer period to use photos, but I'd say 2/3 of the contracts we did specify use "to promote the 2006 show only" or whenever we were contracted for. As Minstrosity won't be performing any more, using our image to promote a show could be a violation of the contract that was signed. Won't know that until I can see the ad and/or find out which show it is for.
And we can't let it go because if you don't defend stuff like this you are assumed to abdicate your rights.
