"I wanted to be sure to express my complete satisfaction with the service on my recent loss. My claims adjuster called me at 9:15 AM the morning after my loss. Paul was wonderful - he explained everything to me (sometimes twice) and was very courteous and professional. It's been less than 4 days since I came home to find my apartment had been broken into, and checks have already been issued for replacement items. The police haven't even assigned me a detective yet! Great job and thank you!"
