I can see the end of the tunnel from here
*Checked kirtle - done
*Black overbodice - done
*OK - that's Saturday - w/linen chemise and can I find my grey /black escoffion?*
*Checked overgown - done
*Green kirtle - needs grommets and 1 snap but it's a bit late to be making with the hammering
*OK - that's Sunday - w/linen chemise and not-too-fake-looking garland*
PHEW - so I shall not be naked this weekend (which would result in chafing, sunburn, and probably arrest)
Other stuff still wanting to be done:
*Blue stripe kirtle - still on-hold until having the time to hand-baste the bodice front to get the stripes to match.
*Plum kirtle from last year - open up other back side seam and make eyelets so that at least it gaps evenly
*new escoffion - adding some blue couching and beads to the checked linen and a black velvet band
So, not too shabby all things considered!
