I CAN HAS CONDO!!!!

Just got a call from my agent, and the bank has verbally accepted my offer on the condo on Wallen.

They obviously want me to close earlier - like the 2nd week of August, and I want to close later in the month, because I don't want to pay mortgage AND rent in the same month - but my agent is aware of this and will see what he can do.

Have an e-mail in to my lender saying "I'm sure you're gone for the weekend, but when you get back let me know what you need from me in the line of paperwork, etc to get this rolling". Will have to find the list of lawyers and pick one or two to call on Monday. I'm willing to go with one of the home inspectors my agent recommends, since they are all certified by the appropriate alphabet agency...

(Yes I know, I'm stressing out - deal with it)
