tentative schedule

We should have the schedule set in the next day or so, but right now it looks like:

WalkThru and close, begin new electric servce - Tuesday 8/19
Move - 8:00AM Wednesday 8/20
Unpack and install DSL - Thursday 8/21

I've cleared this with HR, rescheduled the electric and moving, and I'm on hold waiting for RCN to reschedule that install.

Oddly enough, this is pretty close to the original dates I listed in my offer, but with all the noises the sellers attorney were making I'd agreed to move things up a week. Now it's back to only one day earlier than I'd planned.

The only change this makes in my personal plans is that I have to make time this week for a load of laundry :)

1) I'm pretty much packed at this point
2) I'm paying real movers - my friends are old and creaky.
3) my last move took 3 hours door to door
4) by "unpack" I mean assemble a couple of pieces of furniture, plug in the computers, hook up the TV&DVDr, hang up my clothes, and find the dishes.

Okay - that make s me feel better! I've been in my house almost 5 years and I STILL have stuff in boxes!

I've got one box I never got around to unpacking from my move 2 yrs ago. I've gone through it, but not actually unpacked it.

17 years & counting! ;) Does fabric become more valuable the longer it's in storage? There doesn't seem to be the need for all those flannel pj's I was going to make after moving South. ;) {{{hugs}}}
