OK this is hilarious
Mixed in with the "waaah you hurted our feelings" calls the other night from the condo board people, they kept repeating that they were dumped into this situation and they didn't have any training and they looked into training but it was like a thousand dollars and waaaaah.....
Touched base with a couple of organizations and found a free 3 hour class being held in just over 2 weeks that addresses these very things.
The kicker is.....the organization that sponsors it as well as a host of other condo issues training and advocacy events? Their office is across the street from the property. I can see it out my living room window.
Sigh. I can be very patient with people who genuinely don't know and want to learn. It's people who persist in being stupid despite all opportunities that make me want to punch them in the face.
