I've been ordering from these guys literally since high school. But this is a first.

Ordered a pink 38DD
Got a white 44C

whut?

Sent them an e-mail saying "Look, I don't think i should have to pay to ship this back when it's clearly your error".

I've been ordering from www.jms.com the last few years (a variety of things, not just undies). Last order I ended up with two packages of badly made underwear (material cut wrong - either from prep or how it was cut... but there was a noticable 3 inch difference from where the side *should* have had the seam). Called them... they're crediting my account - said not to bother sending the packages back.

Gotta like that type of customer service :-) (oh, and the bras I ordered at the same time also appeared in nearly record time ... far less than they said they would get there - under a week)

Yeah, but I'm thinking that they may have separate service departments... they did pick up with the specific company greeting.
