Yeah. The original building (where my office is) went up in 1894 in what was then the backyard of the Tree family mansion. They were trying to keep some of the artists around who came in for the 1894 exposition.

I still haven't seen or noticed our ghost yet - maybe she likes the keys I "gave" her?
