wendyzskimmmm. Weekly Farmers' Markets a block from my office buiding.
Today I acquired:
a block of amish-made butter cheese. It's sort of a vaguely cheddar-y mild cheese. Bet it would go nice with fruit.
A pkg of dried blueberries. For a homemade bread to be named later.
Herbs for my windowsill.* Lavender, Lemon Thyme, and some kind of Rosemary.
2 big homemade snickerdoodle cookies because I was still moody.
* I have a very wide south-facing window that gets sun all day. Everything I have ever tried to put there has cooked. So I went to one of the herb farm stalls looking for varieties that specifically said "full sun", and even quizzed the stall-keeper "Now, this really does mean full sun, right?".
