Nothing in today's mail from unemployment. I left a voice-mail with the hearing ref's office.

Is it possible that your hearing ref is aware of the problems with the other case involving your erstwhile employers and is waiting to find out what happens there? It wouldn't be right if she/he is, but if the firm has a history of this, it wouldn't be that unusual.

The point made by [livejournal.com profile] eacole72 is what I was trying to get at in previous posts. Hearing officers "talk shop" as much as anyone else and yours may be well aware of the problems experienced by others regarding your past employer. Hopefully this won't delay (any more than it already is) a decision for your case. *Hugs*
