Chocolate cravings

It's that time of the month, and I was suffering a wicked chocolate craving, but it's pouring rain outside. All I had in the house was baking chocolate.

So I made 1/16 recipe of chocolate frosting from the recipe inside the box, and then I ate it.

I feel better now.

Hey - I had pita pocket salads for BOTH lunch and dinner that day. Fresh spinach, carrot shreds, and either a sliced up hard-boiled egg or 2 chopped up syntha-crab sticks, stuffed into 1/2 a pita with lite ranch dressing on the side, and lots of sugar-free pink lemonade.

I save my indulgences for when I need 'em!

sometimes having leftover chocolate frosting in the fridge can be a godsend!!! Being creative is handy as well.. **sad because my brownies are gone.. and since I can no longer fit behind the wheel of the car, can not go out and buy something to make** need a chocolate fairy!!!
