Apparently. I'm having some kind of allergic reaction. In addition to being unable to sleep, I'm slightly pinker than usual, a bit mottled, and I ITCH! All Over!
Possibilities include:
1) I tried a new kind of rice seasoning yesterday, but there's nothing in the ingredient list that I've not had before with no problem
2) I used a lotion that I normally use on my feet over more of me than usual because my skin was a bit dryer than usual
3) 2 glasses of CA wine, but it was one I had before at my brother's wedding
4) I've been drinking a LOT of Tazo wild orange tea over the past week, and I may have developed an allergy to something in there.

(it's the arm and hammer stuff, i always mix baking soda and baking powder, but what i'm thinking of is the stuff in the yellow box that you can put in your fridge to get rid of smelly smells) It's what my sister used when she got hives. (YUK!)
