hard drive melting down. nasty grind-y noises. managed to back-up my documents & settings so if it crashs I'm not lost, and am borrowing a laptop tomorrow to job-search with. Hopefully Rob has a spare hard drive lying around somewhere, 'cuz I'm brokest!
