A new musical venture

As you may have heard, Minstrosity played our last set at the Stronghold Faire in October. It's been a wonderful run - nine years - but all good things do end in their time. John and I wish Josie all the best as she plans to move to Michigan and pursue a music degree.

I had to explain to my boss that it would be appropriate to give a holiday tip to the maintenance guy who cleans our office every other weekend.

Producto-day

I actually got a lot done today.

Pounded through a bunch more of the re-creation of the accounting system. I can see the end of the project now.

Created the merrymeasure community and Spammed a handful of faire groups about it. It's pretty cool to have fans before we've actually produced any material :)

Spent the evening eating Chinese food and watching the original Gojira on dvd - yay for no Raymond Burr! - with a good friend I don't see nearly often enough, despite the fact that he lives just down the street.

Purchased www.merrymeasure.com = don't bother there's nothing there yet. Hopefully, with the help of rileybear67 this will change relatively soon. I just need to make a couple of basic branding decisions first.

Hey Chicago Peeps - anyone have any suggestions for a photo shoot for the demo cover? Doesn't have to be extremely renaissance-y, just not modern-y.

*giggles* - Pepper has the zoomz. She just bounced a couple of laps on the couch, and has zipped from the kitchen to the living room and back again a couple of times. hee!
