By day, in addition to being the Office Manager (aka - "Office Mom"), I am also the Purchasing Manager. I get the quotes and order and bill out all the hardware and software we buy on behalf of our clients.
Last week, our primary software company rep left. His replacement cen't send a proper quote and blew me off on another quote I requested 2 days ago for this afternoon.
Now I learn that our rep at one of our two primary hardware vendors is leaving too - today was his last day. We like him lots so we will probably end up buying from him at his new place, but until he's settled and trained I have no idea who I'm supposed to be dealing with. AND I have two quotes open that I need info on my end of day Monday!
Waaah - all the helpful people with brains are leaving me!
