This is why I have a headache

My boss wrote this on a legal pad with a fountain pen and then faxed it to me. *squints*. This is from a 4-page letter and I have another 3-page one after this.

I think I need to buy him a tape recorder. He can work it out on paper all he wants, and THEN read it to me. We'll save money on my time and aspirin costs.
