Lostnesday
May. 23rd, 2007 10:46 pmWell, it's nice to know that LOST is back to it's old habits of making the viewers go "WTF?" on a regular basis. I got caught up on the last 2 eps I missed last week online, but thank goodness for the "Answers" thingie they showed before because I totally missed the episode with Hurley and the DharmaBus.
I still wish Jack had jumped. Or at least had the balls to kill Ben - I'm getting really tired of him.
Um Charlie - see that nice window there, conveniently free of shards of splody glass? Wiggle your skinny little hobbit ass out of it kthxbye.
While all of this was going on I mostly finished my new kirtle, so I have 3 outfits that pretty much fit for the gig this weekend. (BTW thx![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
markgunn who put us on his RenFest Podcast this week) I also drafted and cut the linings for the bodices of the new linen kirtles. The goal is to have them cut and basted so I can hand-sew the eyelets during our downtime this weekend. I should be able to get that done tomorrow evening. Plus I fixed my belt (I think) - the rivet at the buckle came out, but I bashed the shank-pieces of 2 grommets together and it seems to be holding.
Had my new crown put in yesterday. They did such a good job on the temp one that it took ages to get it out. I think it needs some more polishing and one spot ground down, but I'm waiting a day or so more to make sure. It was hard to tell that night because I was all numb.
*yawn* g'night.
