Well THAT explains a lot!

Think I've figured out a primary reason why I've felt vaguely nauseated and headachy for the past week.

My office LCD monitor is failing.

I noticed today that there is a 1.5" section about 2/3 of the way up the side that was wobbling slightly. So I've had slight eyestrain AND motion sickness going on!

Grabbed the one off someone's desk who isn't here every day, and I'll be ordering a replacement.

My window freezed!

Yesterday it was 50 degrees, and with a house full of people and radiators I actually had to open the windows at one point. There were a couple of windows where only the window was closed, and the storm window was open so I could get ventillation.

Well, with -11 wind chills at the moment, I don't expect to be opening windows very soon, so I went around to shut all the storms.

Except that my bedroom window screen that I heard rattling all night in the storm was iced all around and would not open. I actually had to heat water on the stove and pour it into the window well to get the blasted thing open!

But it's shut now and the space heater is chugging away in the living room to add a few more degrees to the place. Brrrr.
