Better safe than sorry

I'm staying home and canceling rehearsal tonight.

While my fever is actually quite low, I'm alternating sweats and chills, have a splitting headache and a sore throat and occasional nausea. Even if I don't have the piggy plague i definitely have something which would make me more likely to get it.

I feel bad for accounting clerk who is the only one in the office today (2 other people have a vacation day) but not bad enough to make myself sicker and possibly expose peoplr wo something icky.

Doc doesn't want to see me.

If I get one more off the list of symptoms (high fever or vomiting/diahhrea) or if I start to get much worse I'm supposed to go to the ER. Lovely.

So since my symptoms are still "mild to moderate" Im supposed to stay home until I get either better or worse. I suppose that makes sense, although a more concrete plan would be a little more comforting.

Going to go lie down now.

bleh - feel like poo but no new symptoms or fever spike. Pepper is being nice and letting me sleep.
