That's it, I'm done.

It may take a year, or longer, but I'm officially done putting up with my boss's bullshit. Screaming tantrums with profanity (and added foot-stomping) and him deciding how I am to arrange my desk because 'It's my company"?... No thanks. He can do anything with his company he likes, but that may mean that he doesn't get to keep me as his assistant.

Resume updated, references and recommendations requested on LinkedIn, and sent the resume to some listings in there. More tomorrow. Sigh.

Cover letter basically says that while my title and salary have remained the same, my actual duties have changed drastically and I believe that it is time to look for a new environment and new challenges.

My online presence has a decidedly personal flavor but nothing embarassing - I list the International Wenches Guild on my resume for goodness sake! (And often get asked about it as well)
