jfc013 woman-fully laid Siege to Reynaldo at the Wyndham and got him to admit that they screwed up. They had MY card number under HER name and v-v. So a credit is somewhere down the line for me.
However, since this nonsense went through and bounced, I'm out rather a lit of money in ridiculous fees. So I have to go to her house tonight, get a copy of her receipt, and then get with my bank's dispute department to file a claim. Once that winds through, all the fees associated with that charge will go away.
In the meantime nearly $250 of my money is tied up, and I'm going to have late charges on ANOTHER credit card bill that is due Sunday and I can't get at enough of my money to pay. When I called today, all they were able to do is to "put a note" on my account about it.
I so do not need this right now.
