My enrollment form for medical insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO) is faxing over right now.

Barring some arguments over possible pre-existing conditions (which will depend on what criteria they use) I'm now covered. So if I start coughing glop again, I can actually go to the doctor!

I'm gonna try to set up a full physical for the weekend after Duckon, as I should have the card in-hand by then.

I'm so relieved I could cry.

Yes I know I am one to talk since I don't have medical coverage either... but I tend to be a bit healthier than you.. plus I worry more about everyone else lol.. just who I am I guess!

Well, some companies say if you were treated in the last 6 months, some if you were diagnosed less that 5 yrs ago.....

I used to work in a hospital. A friend of mine ws int he billing department. He told me that it was a constant battle between the insurance comanies trying to find ways not to pay and the hospital to get them to pay.

Sometimes I think we're better off without.
