Contact info for Chuck O'Neill?

Do any of you past and present Moebians have contact info for Chuck ONeill? I have a wierd copier question to ask him. (I need to know the technical name of a part.

No, it's a Canon.

We're basically giving away a copier that we got for free anyway. It doesn't work. The yellow box that gets hot has some torn stuff coming out of the side that looks like fusible interfacing. We have a replacement roller but the yellow-box-thingie would need to be replaced too.

I want to be able to tell people what this part is so they can find out how much it would cost to get it fixed. We want that corner of the office back!

All good... if it was a Xerox, I might know, but none of the Xerox innerds are yellow.

Though if i would have to guess, I would say it was the Fuser, cause the Fusers really heat up.
