Yeah, it's Friday night at a con and I'm bored.
To be fair, it is that awkward hour between dinner and parties, so there isn't much around. Saw![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
evil_phoenix briefly in the lobby but I had my arms full of luggage at the time. Opening ceremonies seemed heavy on the Stupid Klingon Jokes when I peered in (though there is a Birds of Prey group here that could be cool), and the consuite is pretty empty. So I came back to my room to poke around online, drink Mountain Dew, and wait for something interesting to happen.
If nothing else I will go to the "Randomly Randy" reading at 9. Reading randim lines from romancenovels and Shakespeare. Last time I saw this it was a New Year's Eve party and we ended up with five people in bed with a horse.
Got our schedule for WiRen in July. THREE shows a day, plus closing. *snores* Guess I'd best go looking for a new man-fishing pole, or I'ma gonna fall asleep mid-day!
