On a Sunday afternoon between 1:00 and 2:00

I pick up the phone and I don't say "Hello".

I say "Hi Josie - how late are you running today?"

(today's 2:00 rehearsal will start around 3:00)

Used to happen, the other way around, with my gaming group. Nate lived an hour from where I gamed, at the time; usually I would go to his place Friday nights; then I'd get going late on Saturdays and call my GM on the way in to let him know how far behind I was running.
