That's David Tennant (the 10th Doctor) as Giacomo Casanova in the BBC production of 'Casanova' written by Russell Davies. Unfortunately it hasn't played on this side of The Pond yet but there's a rumor afoot that PBS will be shoing it later this year or early next year.
