All is forgiven. I came home from my last interview with parsely and cilantro.

And there was MORE fun to be had!

Cam had suggested we try this in the bathtub for easy cleanup, but as the bathtub is the site of much recent trauma, I settled on the kitchen as most easily cleanable.

What's this stuff?

Ooh - this is FUN!

DigdigdigdigdigWHEEEEEE!

My little snowbunny.

And once her dainty white feets got cold, I folded up the rug, took it outside on the porch, and sumped it off the balcony. A quick once-over with the mop and all clean!

Very fantastic pictures! I love bunnies plus snow. We took our kitten out and dumped her in the 4 foot drifts in 2005- it was HILLARIOUS. Our little black kitty was all white.

Now that she's warm again, she's back in the kitchen looking for the snow. :(

I want to get her harness-trained so we can actually go outside. She is curious enough that I think she'd enjoy it, and I live near both a park with nibbly-grass and a beach with lots of diggy-sand.

Of course, this is once it's no longer cold enough out to freeze your nose hairs.....

I've had fair luck with harness training our rabbits- The most recent one is soo damned smart that it's amazing, plus, I think as long as you don't use it as a true restraint you have less of a possibility of her chewing the lead. Since she's so curious, I think the surroundings will distract her and she's a perfect candidate for leashing training. BTW- we've (my husband and I, not your mystery stalkers or anything) been keeping our ear to the ground regarding your weather- stay safe and warm, especially with your breathing issues. I'm assuming this same shore is part of a body of water often responsible for the dreaded lake effect snow.

heheheh My in-laws are about an hour or so East of the Windy City & received 10 inches of the lovely Lake Effect. ;) My kids & I are having fits - that's enough snow to actually PLAY in!!! 1 or 2 inches around here & the local kids get out of school - "that's snow" HAH!!! ;) ((((warm hugs all around))))

Trixie was harness trained, actually it wasn't difficult, put harness on, put leash on, carry her outside, and put her down. :)

Pepper's a lot like Trixie in that she seems to be fearless. Trixie almost looked like she was staring at dogs that barked like "wtf are you looking at?" ;)

Just remember that when she's on a leash, SHE dictates where you go. You can't "walk" a rabbit in the conventional sense, she'll just pull you where she wants to go. The leash is there so you can keep her from getting into trouble. :)

If the temps warm up a bit (enough so your lungs don't explode) you could take her out for a romp! :)

She's so cute with the snow! :)
