Oh, yeah. Such fond memories (not) of having to share one washer and dryer with eight other apartments, or drive to a laundromat. Another reason why I love my house!
HAH! Living near the "swamp", I get to check the weather first, to see if it'll be dry enough to do more than 1 load before the septic system "may" be overloaded. ;) That, I'd rather have clothes hanging outside to dry. :)(((hugs))) It ain't easy living "green". ;)
Sigh... somewhere around where mine is... when all spring part of me has been looking forward to the summer - because I can (theoretically) get my house clean, or at least a good chunk of it. (and yes, I *hate* cleaning... especially when it involves having several *large* piles of paper that need to be sorted and filed for work... my files at home being more convienent than having two separate files at the schools)
The sewing that *has* to happen barely registered as a blip on the radar of things to come.
Remember when we thought that being grown up meant we'd have time to do "what we wanted"?
