My Travelocity review

"This hotel is managed by the same people as the Days Inn next door and you can see from the posted reviews that they are not very good at their jobs. We also stayed at that property in the past and concur with those negative reviews.
We had a multi-week contract for business travel faxed and signed signed 2 months before our first date, and ALL of our rooms were put in the computer incorrectly - wrong room size, smoking vs non-smoking, etc. EVERY week we had to get corrections made, when we were arriving after midnight. Speaking to the front desk clerks accomplished nothing - we were repeatedly assured that corrections would be made and they were not. In at least one case, a very friendly clerk clearly wanted to help us, but was unable to because of her limited English skills.
After 3 weeks of this I contacted the hotel and the corporate office. Corporate was no help at all, and the hotel manager's response was to apologize and give us discount coupons - for the Days Inn! When the manager DID call me back, her response was unsatisfactory - as long as the issues were solved "eventually" she felt that we should be satisfied. I feel that I should not have to basically re-book my room every time I arrived. At the hour I just want to go to bed.
Oh - and there are ice buckets in every room, but the ice machine? You guessed it - at the Days Inn across the parking lot. The rooms may be newly renovated, but only in the sense of getting new curtains and bedspreads. The counters are cracked, the windows leak, and many carpets are moldy. The rates may be good, but don't bother with this place"
Yeah - resonably polite but very clear.
