I just have been making an effort to stay off the computer most of the weekend.

Friday afternoon at work I had a time-critical Excel project to re-work, and the comination of time-pressure, stress at not being entirely too sure exactly what I was doing (more advanced Excel than I usually do) meant I was tense, leaning too far forward, and using too much pressure on my mouse.

I woke up Saturday morning with little sparklies of pain in my hand and wrist. Since I had a bout of carpal tunnel syndrome back in '01, I KNOW what that means, and promptly popped my wrist into splints and shut off the computer. Spent most of the day reading, napping, and watching Dr. Who instead.

Today is much better, but I'll still baby things for a bit, take my NSAIDS, and sleep with the spint on until I'm sure the swelling is all back down.

well, I never got into it in the past. When all my friends were into it in college, I was into Blakes 7 - the snark was much better.

The Christmas Invasion was part of the GeekMas party and I liked it, so ashtalet loaned me the entire 1st season of the "new" series. I have seen a bit of it at cons, and it seems that every time I happen upon it on TV it's the same episode - the ONE that I've already seen (the 2 parter with the creepy gas mask nano-kid). I've seen three eps so far and i like it OK.

As I recall, that's a pretty good description of the first three episodes. It gets better, but not consistently.
