I thought that too, so I made sure to send extremely neutral thank-you notes - in case he maybe forgot or something. But they keep coming, and I get x-mas and birthday cards as well. But no calls or e-mails, and he lives half an hour away.
you know, maybe he does this for other women he was involved with.. and maybe his mom, sisters etc... maybe it is his little way of making sure women who were or are important to him have a good valentines day... as long as he is not stalking you or doing anything else wierd I would just enjoy it. and think about it, if he isn't married now but is someday, she may make him stop sending them , unless he explains why properly to where she agrees with his reasoning, but if he stops sending them a part of you will miss them. but he may not just send them to you... truly I would enjoy it while you can.. it's not like it hurts or he is prowling outside in the hall when you get home or anything... he is just doing a small things.. and it is his money to spend that way... relax, think he is a bit odd and enjoy the flowers.. maybe recall the time with him , pull out a few happy/funny memories.. and move on with your day..
