Things are moving

I can has lolyer - she got back to me and is working on it. I need a couple of things verified and then I promised to leave her alone.

I can has mortgage lock - at 3.63%. Yay city bonds.

I can has headache....

Oh, *good* rate!

Buying a home, I've read, is one of the five most stressful things you can possibly do. (Move, get married, get divorced, change jobs are the others, I believe.) Headaches are pretty much part-and-parcel of the deal. The good news is, you'll live through it.
