wendyzskiI live on the 3rd floor on the west side of the building. I share a stairwell with 2 other units.
As I mentioned, the 2nd floor unit is in foreclosure (that's the one that wanted $10k more and took the dishwasher and all the lighting fixtures with him).
Well the 1st floor rental tenants moves out over the weekend. I finally got to meet Michael, the actual tenant. He's a really nice guy and I wish I'd had a chance to get to know him (as opposed to his creepy-ass boyfriend who lets the hookers into the basement). Guess he decided he liked his BF more than he liked his apartment, so after Rafael was banned from the property he decided to move. (He did mention he was amused and creeped out by the dripping blood I put on the front door windows!)
So I am now alone in myivory brick tower stairwell.
